Nike sneakers Hyperfuse

The sports brand Nike has developed a new technique that can produce its sneakers. This technique is called Hyperfuse. It offers significant advantages over conventional techniques: it contributes to the strength among others, and weight reduction of the shoe. Nike has already made several models with this technology and brings even older models made by Hyperfuse technique again.

Nike has been a long look at the behavior and the wear of the sneaker in basketball players. Based on this output, the Nike design department over two years working on a basketball shoe that breathes, light, strong and elastic which functionality is central. This has been achieved with the development of Hyperfuse technique. Hyperfuse is a new technique of a Nike sneaker that is built up layer by layer. Through the layers with heat and pressure to compress the material is super strong. The advantage is that the material is also breathable, elastic and lightweight. This method offers the possibility to work with great precision. The lines are extremely sharp and precise, this is not the normal 'cut & sew' methods can be achieved.
